Review Methodology
Our goal is to make the basis of every conclusion visible and proportionate to the evidence available.
Evidence levels
- Verified specifications: official manuals, regulatory information, warranty terms, and manufacturer documentation.
- Hands-on observations: clearly identified testing performed by ReviewOrb or a named contributor.
- Independent evidence: reputable third-party measurements, owner-pattern analysis, and documented reliability information.
- Editorial judgement: our reasoned assessment of suitability and value, clearly separated from measured facts.
Air fryer criteria
Depending on the article, we assess cooking consistency, speed, usable capacity, controls, noise, external temperatures, cleaning, footprint, energy use, build, warranty, support, and price. We state when a criterion was not tested directly.
Scores and updates
A score is used only when the underlying criteria are sufficiently supported. Articles include publication or update dates and may change when products, prices, software, availability, or evidence changes.
